Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive the account information needed to identify and secure your LegendForge account, such as your email address and profile name. We also store the creations, names, lore, choices, tags, and portraits you choose to save.
We collect limited operational information, such as request status, timestamps, and error details, to keep the service secure and reliable. We do not use your creative prompts, generated lore, or portrait images as analytics events.
How we use information
We use your information to provide sign-in, save and display your library, generate optional creative content you request, protect the service from misuse, and respond to support requests.
LegendForge's optional AI features generate names, lore, and portraits. The game rules and calculations do not depend on AI output.
Service providers
We use Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication, database, and private portrait storage, and Runware to process optional AI generation requests. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to LegendForge.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising.
Your choices and deletion
You can update your display name, download your account data, or delete your account from Account settings. Account deletion removes your saved creations, versions, tags, and uploaded portraits from LegendForge.
Provider backup copies may remain for the provider's limited retention period before they are removed under its normal processes.
Security and retention
We use access controls designed to keep each library private to its account. Keep your Google account secure and do not share your LegendForge access with others. We retain account data until you delete it or we no longer need it to operate the service.
Content disclaimer
LegendForge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Content in the service—including user uploads, AI-generated names, lore, and portraits, rules material, and information linked from the service—may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LegendForge does not assume responsibility or liability for content displayed, uploaded, generated, or made available through the service, or for third-party services. This statement does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
